The handle is 3D printed from a heat proof plastic (until 210 C), the core is made from lightweight and very durable aluminum 7075. Why 3D printed? Because creating this form is not possible using traditional casting technology. Our juggling torch is 3-4 cm longer than average clubs to reach the same turning rhythm as daytime clubs. Regular plastic clubs have a “wind resistance” thanks to the shape of the object. This why is usual juggling torches with the same length have faster spin and throwing rhythm. We achieve the same tempo as regular clubs through the extra length.
